Terrible workers and dishonest. They ripped me a disabled person off and a charity. Put my rent up and never told me until I was hundread behide. Inspected my rental without knowledge and when this was brought up I was told by Carolyn Vidler that it was there property and they could do what they want. The owner "dorset person of year 2018" is a lair and dishonest. Stay away from these people.
I purchased my Tassie Shack through Harcourts
No follow up/contact as assured by agent, 2mths now after settlement on purchasing a property, knowing we were new to the state. A simple courtesy that is appreciated, especially where it is customary to receive a congratulatory hamper (not that this is a deal breaker). If this is standard practice, dont advertise otherwise, as we will not be using this agency in the future if this is how they regard their current/future clients.
Excellent staff and very helpful
My mum had to leave her house so a farmhand could move in, but when she moved i know with a friend till she could get her own place again, a member from harcourts north east threatened to kick her friend out if they didnt kick my mum out. They gave her nine days to find a place and get out. When they came out with the letter they gave no warning they were coming which is not alowed. They break the rules and are not nice people. There is only one nice person there.
