They put the incorrect postage on a simple letter which was returned with a note from the post office that it was three dollars more now when I called and confronted them. They did Nied any responsibility you saying it was their machine M. They continue to deny and deflect and relate how they did not like the way I was upset . Then they called me a liar saying there is no way thats possible . And wondered why it was further upset . Parent Lee they dont have a manager apparently I was talking to a millennial and apparently they have no customer service . However they wanted to definitely point out that I was upset how dare I be upset at them because they did not do it . If you dont have a manager yes you represent the company when you talk to someone when you make a mistake when your company makes a mistake . So if youd like your letters to be delivered please dont go here apparently they dont understand how a stamp machine works or what hand stamp means . Little mistake cost me one package thats lost in the mail and the other one to take two weeks to be returned . Then the A millennial who I was talking to then said everyone makes mistakes if we all didnt we would all die . What do you want me to do about it its a mistake . Apparently this company needs a manager
