Charged my Mother a very high cost to pack/ship/insure glassware. 2 glasses arrived broken. Took 4 months till they finally honored thier insurance. Tried to pin the breakage on UPS (not their fault), Tried to buy cheap replacements through ebay, Dennis was very difficult to work with - always some excuse. Kept asking me to do more stuff every time we communicated. I felt like he was just trying to make the whole process so difficult, that I would give up and go away. Lesson: If you have to use them, don't bother with their insurance - it's worthless.
