Very convenient, usually not too long of waits, and friendly staff. I prefer this over the main location on Scottsdale and McDowell as the lines are shorter.

Every post office is staffed by morons of course, but this branch is special. They mess up on packages and letters constantly. The only thing they can manage to deliver is junk. They've lost my tax return. When I asked how I could make sure they didn't lose it again, the counter lady went on some spiel about how millions of packages and letters are successfully delivered. That's nice. Mine wasn't. On the day of this review I received a package that had not been delivered the prior day because the carrier "couldn't reach the front door". The completely unobstructed, visible from the street front door. I went to this office to complain, the supervisor there told me it would be out today, ignoring the fact the carrier is a liar who was probably just too lazy too finish the route that day. I've already been refunded the money and now am having to deal with yet more nonsense because of the post office to get it returned. The postal service is garbage everywhere, but this area, and particularly this office, are a trash fire. Avoid using them at all costs.
I prefer this place over the one on McDowell and Scottsdale. It is a small place so sometimes there is a line but its NOTHING compared to the wait at the other Post office. The worker here is always extremely helpful and sweet, she is always so friendly :). There usually isnt any wait when I stop by.
Lovely lady and a quick and easy shipment. This is the most genuius idea ever.
